Terms of Use

The plain-language rules for using EyeNap and your lifetime license.

These terms are an agreement between you and RETRYTECH LLP (“we”, “us”) for the EyeNap app for macOS (“EyeNap”) and eyenap.com. By downloading or using EyeNap, you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice

EyeNap is a wellness and productivity tool that reminds you to take regular breaks, rest your eyes, move and stay hydrated. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The exercises and stretches are general suggestions. Move gently, stop if anything hurts, and talk to a qualified professional about any health concern.

2. Free trial

EyeNap includes a free 7-day trial with all features. After the trial, some features stay available for free and others need a paid license.

3. Licenses

  • A license is a one-time purchase that lets you use EyeNap’s paid features on up to the number of Macs in your plan (Personal: 1, Plus: 3, Team: 10) at the same time.
  • Licenses do not expire. They include updates for EyeNap version 1.x; future major versions may be offered as a paid upgrade.
  • You may deactivate a Mac and activate another at any time, within your plan’s limit.
  • License keys are personal to the buyer (or, for Team, the buying organisation). Please don’t share or resell them.

4. Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. If you’re not happy with EyeNap, email help.retrytech@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refunded license key is deactivated.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t reverse engineer, tamper with the licensing of, or redistribute EyeNap, except where the law allows it.

6. Updates

EyeNap can check for and install updates through Sparkle. You can turn automatic updates off in Settings.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data EyeNap handles. In short, your wellness data stays on your Mac.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

EyeNap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to EyeNap is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may end a license that was obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
